IHN-CCO brings together providers, partners, local government, citizens and members to make health care a community affair. This partnership works to provide coordinated health care to more than 86,000 Oregon Health Plan members across Benton, Lincoln and Linn counties.

Our Community Advisory Council (CAC) is made up of local citizens and representatives from county government, as well as a majority representation of IHN-CCO members. They work tirelessly to support significant community and member involvement in the operations and mission of IHN-CCO.
The Delivery System Transformation Committee works to affect transformation of the health care delivery system. It is open to individuals involved in organizations or groups that can impact the delivery and transformation of health care.
