IHN-CCO is committed to improving the health of our communities by building on current resources and developing new partnerships. IHN-CCO funds and supports pilots and projects that improve local health care in Benton, Lincoln and Linn counties. IHN-CCO and the Oregon Health Authority (OHA) work together to help achieve Oregon’s health system goals and encourage continuous quality improvement. IHN-CCO and community partners welcome innovative ideas and collaborative strategies to ensure all individuals have equal opportunities to be healthy where they live, work, learn and play.
