If your IHN-CCO medical, dental, or mental health provider prescribed a medication for you, it’s probably covered. Our formulary lists all of the drugs that we cover; if you need a non-formulary drug, your doctor may ask for an exception.
Health-related social needs (HRSNs) are social and economic needs that affect your ability to maintain health and well-being. Through Oregon’s 1115 Medicaid waiver, the state will be able to cover new HRSN services for eligible Oregon Health Plan (OHP) members. Services may include: Climate supports, Housing supports and/or Nutritional supports.
