Public comments are welcome. Please note this is not a discussion, debate or dialogue between members of the public and the board of directors. It is an occasion for the public to express opinions related to board business.
Oral comments will be heard during the first half hour of the meeting (see meeting dates/times). Each person will be allowed two minutes to speak. The board chair may limit this time to allow all who have signed up a chance to speak.
You may also send written comments. There are two ways to submit written comments:
If we meet in person, all public meeting sites can be accessed by wheelchair. Contact the board team right away if other arrangements are needed, but at least 48 hours before the meeting.
Review minutes from past meetings. Minutes will be posted once approved by the board of directors at a following board meeting.
